BLANK PAGES
If you go to a page that is blank, press the control key while clicking on the link. This temporarily disables a pop-up blocker and the page should appear.

Students!
Do not try to fix any of the problems listed below. Let's say you try and mess something up on your computer. At the very least, you will be without your computer until your mess-up is fixed. That could take days, weeks...forever, depending on the mood of your not-too-happy parents/guardians. If you try and mess something up on your parents/guardians' computer...yikes, you know the consequences!
Let your parents/guardians take care of it.

Accessing the Online Databases
PARENTS, If you or your child is having problems accessing the online databases, your computer's firewall program may have blocked the use of "cookies". KidInfoBits will graciously direct you to a notice if this is an issue. Use their database as a test. You may need to go into your computer's firewall program and disable the "cookie block". For security reasons, it is recommended to only disable the "cookie block" for each of the online databases that require password access: www.galenet.com, nbk.grolier.com, www.worldbookonline.com, www.louisianapass.org, and www.unitedstreaming.com.

Blank Pages Appearing
If you are running pop up blocker software (Google or Yahoo toolbars), you will see some pages display with nothing more that the site footer information. SOLUTION: Disable the pop-up blocker using the toolbar settings for the EBRPSS website http://www.ebrschools.org/ or press the control key before clicking on a link. This temporarily disables a pop-up blocker.

Animation
Several "Kid" pages contain animated graphics. If these are not moving, your computer's ad-blocking program may have them mistaken them for animated ads. You may need to disable this control for the White Hills Elementary School web site URL <http://whitehills.ebrschools.org/> in order to view the animation on the "kid" pages.
